Microsoft Magical Mystery Tour PART 7 – ICT is not just a tool for learning but a whole new way of learning.

Nearing the end of the first day whilst working on the ‘LASW’ activity see this earlier post: http://www.danjjroberts.co.uk/2011/07/26/microsoft-magical-mystery-tour-part-6-what-on-earth-is-lasw/

a really great debate started around the use of ICT within the classroom, which we discussed for a while and it would be interesting to see what your view point on this is.

We were discussing the theme of to what extent does learning in classrooms call on students to use ICT to support their knowledge and all the opportunities that students have to use it? But are there any instances or times when ICT should not be used? Are there any times when you have to use it because without it the students wouldn’t be able to learn anything?

What do you think?
