Referencing made easy – Microsoft Easter Camp Part 2 #msecamp

While other people were tucking into the Easter eggs early in the morning in true Easter style some teachers were learning about some of the new tools from Microsoft and sharing ideas how to use them to make a marked contribution to the quality of learning that takes place in the classroom. We were at Microsoft’s Easter camp in Reading at Microsoft HQ. You can see some info archived on the twitter hashtag #msecamp and what is the 1st rule of Easter Camp I hear you ask? Well it is that you ‘DO’ talk about it and that is what I am doing!

As you may have read in a previous post I talked about the ‘innovids’ that we created as part of our time there well you can see another one that I have created here below.

This one is all about how to use word to create a bibliography in a really easy and simple way. I don’t know about you but my students always struggle to create reference lists for their coursework in fact so do the staff when writing Masters level research, I am now going to use this myself as it is saves lots of time and really does make life so much easier. To see how this works check out my ‘innovid’ here:

What do you think about this? Do you think you will use this with your students?
