Over the next few weeks I will be checking out some great Apps that you can use in your classroom, yes you will need some sort of device to access an App but if you can’t afford a tablet or you haven’t got access to one then empower your students and set up the systems and frameworks to allow them to bring their own device. Each App is free and will appropriate to use in the classroom.

How to use it in the classroom?
This is fairly obvious how this can be used, if you are teaching the Heart and other organ systems in from Key Stage 3 – Key Stage 4 Science or A level Biology then this is a great app to have the information there in front of the students. It is another reference which they can use. Students can also be given as part of a revision a different organ system in a group and using the information each group can present the information in an interesting way to the other groups.
