It is brilliant to hear this week just at the end of the year that several of the teachers at Saltash.net have decided to set up their own blogs to enhance the quality of the learning of their students and the reflection on the quality of their teaching.

The first teacher is a really amazing English teacher who is actually just finishing her NQT year. I had the pleasure of observing her first lesson at the school at her interview and she was brilliant. Her name is Jen and she has set up the blog below:
