Saltash.net Community School will officially become an Academy as of Friday 1st April and no it isn’t an April fools joke (at least we hope that Mr Gove won’t stand up on Friday morning and announce that it is a silly joke – I am sure that is not going to happen)
Over the last couple of months this has been a massive process that has taken a huge amount of our time up – probably one of the reasons why I have only managed to write one blog post in the last month (people keep asking if I am still alive as there has been hardly any twitter or blog action)
I am really interested to hear if your school are considering converting to academy or if you already are and what are your reasons for doing so? If you are an Academy then how is it going? Would be great to hear your thoughts on this.
