Over the next few weeks I will be checking out some great Apps that you can use in your classroom, yes you will need some sort of device to access an App but if you can’t afford a tablet or you haven’t got access to one then empower your students and set up the systems and frameworks to allow them to bring their own device. Each App is free and will appropriate to use in the classroom.

How to use it in the classroom?
Get you students to create their own Novamind or to work in pairs at the start of a new topic or unit of work which they can share with the rest of the group. Or the teacher can give students a starting point ‘big picture’ question that all students answer through using Novamind.
This is the free version and you can do the basic things and save the mind map as an image or even share it via email or evernote etc but the full version with all the extra’s will cost you £10.99
