It is brilliant to hear this week just at the end of the year that several of the teachers at Saltash.net have decided to set up their own blogs to enhance the quality of the learning of their students and the reflection on the quality of their teaching.

The third teacher I want to profile is a fantastic up and coming teacher called Esther who is going to be an NQT at saltash.net next year mostly teaching RE.
